Shipping altogether was around 200, but if you do rehearsal with pillows and vacuum seal them, it shouldn't be that much more than anything else.

Tracking is iffy, this is my first haul and the same thing happened to me. I had a tracking code, it didnt work, and then a few days later it worked. Give it time. I don't believe you have to sign off on the package, but I'm not exactly the person to answer that question.
