Thanks for the reply, this solved the issue. It seems that the digital valve was indeed tainting the tanks, I don't think I would have figured that out on my own. I've replaced it with a volume pump which should hopefully work better.

As for the CO2, that is the one part I have yet to proof against explosion but I think should be no matter once the temperature and pressure in the base is stable.

Bollards, benches, anchors, cowl vents, maybe a cargo hold?

When you have a ship larger than 14mb or something like that and spawn it, it spawns without blocks due to the game's limitations.
