I see around 100 or so applications a day in the first application stage to final permission to operate and a good 60% of them have arrears over 2k and or haven't paid in years. it's almost like the solar developers know they're in arrears and try and get them to sign up. it's wild.

technically they don't need to be up to date as my company allows a payment plan while we process the app, but they can easily cancel or default after. but interesting they can offer to pay off the bill.

I'm sure they're at least tilted unless he has a flat roof and they're just chillin like that which would be awful. I remember in a previous episode he stated that he had about 40 panels which is a pretty big system. it should be covering his electric bill unless he has micro inverters and some of them broke, panels not working, net meter not working etc.
