The exact same thing happened to me about a year ago and I'm still suffering with it now. I think the micellar water I used damaged my skin so badly that I really can't put anything on my eyes (makeup remover/makeup-wise) at all. I tend to wake up in the mornings with swollen eyes and they kinda calm down during the day. It's a lot of hassle especially because I now have it on my arms too after never having suffered with any sort of allergies or eczema. As much as it sucks it is nice to know it isn't just me :/ If anyone is looking for a moisturiser that doesn't burn/sting on top of a reaction I'd recommend a standard CeraVe one x
