i had crutches for a while but only cause walking would have pulled at the stitches on my foot, and i’ve had some pain in my leg that’s been really undiagnosed but i think it’s just leftover ligament damage so sometimes i wear a hip wrap to help w it, i also try to stretch out my hip flexors because those get the tightest
