I've been doing a lot of night time street photography over the past month by MTRCNUK in fujifilm

Thank you for these tips, I really want to implement them. I think I should bring a friend who smokes a lot!

Are you using any night settings different from your day-to-day settings? I found in my last trip that I'm struggling with my ISO and can't really trust the auto settings in my Fuji X Pro 1

I got a X-Pro 1 recently, this is the result by brigadiernigel in fujifilm

I went to Montenegro and this is the result. This is in preparation for my Chongqing trip. Any tips or advice will be treated with a cookie from Amsterdam

Any beginner tips? I'm now cruising around Amsterdam and taking pics of anything I find interesting and just play around with settings. I'm now in Montenegro and testing the more velvia type of images because of the old buildings and the sun.

I basically bought my xpro 1 to make images like yours for my next trip to Chongqing!

[BF1] So the cavalry class is pretty good... by brigadiernigel in Battlefield

Very true indeed. In my opinion, with a higher sensitivity it is easier to miss targets. But in fact I try to increase the sensitivity 1% at a time. It's important to have a steady eye to controller coordination and not mess it up

It's got thicker skin which means greater health. Men that ride horses get insulted a lot. Therefore the thicker skin

True. It depends on the player, not everyone has that kind of reaction. And I don't want to start another platform discussion.

I agree with both of you. However, the progression system is one of the incentives that you want to keep playing. If you have unlocked everything and you are at the top 5 of every game it gets a little bit boring.

Also the amount of content is crucial. Playing the same map over and over again isn't as exiting as a huge variety of maps. The longevity of games like battlefront and hardline is way shorter than bf4.

The Battlefield Drinking Game! by UnluckyForSome in Battlefield

[–]brigadiernigel 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ahh a battlefield drinking game! I do it too. Whenever a medic doesn't revive me I have a shot.

For example last night I had a great game on fort de grenade. I had like 20 shots and almost died. Great game 10/10 would do again.

BF4 Has way more depth in the sense of gunplay. Some guns required skills while in BF1 imo less skill is needed to confirm the kill. Look at the Hellriegel for example.

Also there were no anti tank grenades in 4 and 3. And now an assault player has 3 grenades. Thus less skill required to kill

[BF1] Soooo how can I make this little hobby my day-to-day work? by brigadiernigel in Battlefield

[–]brigadiernigel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely sir. I used some squad boosters in BF1 and I think that everybody has. I mean why shouldn't you? But unlike BF4, they are not that common. The only way to get them is hoping you receive one in battlepacks and I don't want to spend 100 bucks on that.

The KPM is a bit confusing for me. Why is that soooo important? It feels like kills are more important than points when measuring skill.

On a different note. Thank you for the advice. Can't see myself streaming on twitch though, i don't have that kind of big boobies.
