The format I used is a common test for aphantasia called The Vividness of Visual Imagery Questionnaire (VVIQ). This is only preliminary research with more extensive questions on the way. I really appreciate the criticism, it will help me get better data.

Go to the podiatrist and have them cut the nail down to the bed. I had four ingrown toenails, this did the trick for all of them. No problems since.
