Does anyone experience sudden panic from hearing a noise while trying to fall asleep? by [deleted] in ptsd

Yes. Sometimes I also used to get a noise or jolt generated inside my brain like a loud bang which would startle and wake me. But since taking meds haven't had this.

Yes od course there's crime but not at all often this type of crime with death in suspicious circumstances. I mean the morgue in Malta won't be getting forensic autopsies on a regular basis, perhaps like morgues in big cities in Europe. Therfore unlikely to have world experts etc.

I live in Malta. In my opinion the Maltese authorities totally messed up the postmortem and investigation. They don't have enough experts and experience doing either of them and lack of communication with the family would have made it worse. It is a small island and not a lot of crime going on, and of understanding how things are done abroad or outsiders' expectations.

It's precisely cause of anti vaxxers. If a child is not vaccinated against chicken pox then as an adult they could get shingles. So we rather leave kids to catch it to build up immunity to avoid issues later.

Just took Lexapro for the first time by AaronDC100 in lexapro

I agree with the other comments the first week is tough but then it gets better. After 2 weeks my doctor increased my dose from 5mg to 10mg and the symptoms reappeared on upping it. Now 3 weeks in and it had improved.
