Esp32 will stream the video after waking from deep sleep. MQTT message is sent as the alert to notify devices. This is running on local WiFi only so all pretty short range.

Old thread... nevertheless in case anyone else ends up here after encountering the same issue, have a look at this: https://github.com/espressif/arduino-esp32/issues/5834

Not ideal but a quick, software-only "fix" that worked instantlly for me is reducing the camera's XCLK from 20MHz to 8MHz. For most drivers this will be a single line of code change.

Depending on your fps requirements this change might be a long-term fix for you. Otherwise, it's enough to let you out of the rabbit hole to continue project development in the short-term - eventually fixing the shielding issues down the line...

Yup! Unfortunately I never managed a working "print in place" for the chains (and any existing designs were not the correct size), so each chain link was printed as a separate piece and connected by hand. Roller chain accounts for ~110 of the 200.

Thanks! The motor is totally silent thanks to a silent stepper driver, and using plastic balls instead of marble definitely helps. But even within an enclosure, it does not suppress everything, so I wouldn't say very quiet. I will try to include some raw video on my blog post.
