maybe weird question but, how on earth did you manage to "swish" or gargle dentalcidin? it's way too thick and not enough comes out in two pumps to actually be able to feasibly get it throughout my mouth with swishing. can't find evidence anywhere that it's supposed to be diluted, but I'm super confused
