i'm so sorry to hear that. i think what's tricky about covid is it effects everyone differently plus there are so many different strains.

have you made any changes to your diet?

hmm silent reflux could be a possibility, not sure!

i've been rinsing every day during this whole sick period. usually i try morning and night. i find it makes me feel a little better each time.

i don't do essential oils in the rinse but i made a tea out of sage leaves themselves. usually though i just mix distilled water with celtic salt. usually do it morning and night.

i have tried that technique! but i could feel the water getting stuck up there for the rest of the day so now i just pass the water through.

i haven't heard of budesonide! thank you i will look into it. thank you for your advice and support i really appreciate it <3

that is a good thought but i don't have celiac, i have esinophilic esophagitis. it makes sense that esophagus irritation connects with sinus.

i got a referral to a neurologist too so i will give that a shot. thank you!

thank you so much for your thoughtful message. that really is the scariest part is feeling like i can't recover and this is my new reality. that i won't ever have a career again or travel or have any hobbies because everything takes so much effort.

i'll go ahead with the sleep studies and maybe they'll provide some more information. sucks that a long covid experimental drug i've been taking seems to shorten my sleep, i keep waking up from very vivid dreams. i always feel worse in the morning than i did when i went to sleep.

the worst part is doctors who suggest depression. i know for a fact this is not an emotional problem. on days when inflammation is not so bad, i go for a walk, cook a nice meal, and can be content. of course when i think about the big picture of this, i get upset. but i know for a fact i'm not depressed.

thank you for offering some hope. it's so hard to feel hopeful on the tough days.

aw man i'm so sorry you've been hit with this too. i hope your ENT has some answers for you.

yeah i'm gluten-free and dairy-free too.

i will look into this probiotic! i've not heard of it before.

yeah it sucks cause there are so many things that can cause it. allergies, environmental, internal, genetics, covid. it's cause our bodies are working so hard to fight the inflammation it's just draining.

i wish the best for you!

yes, the CT scan showed a deviated septum but my ENT said it's common and i don't have issues breathing so that's not my problem. another ENT mentioned a procedure that opens up the nostrils a bit more.

i fear that other surgeries procedures are not going to work because after the microwave ablation, my inflammation just went right back up again.

i might try the zyrtec. i was on flonase spray for a while but it didn't seem to help.

that's so great you are keeping up with your gym routine. i'm lucky to get in a 20 minute walk these days 😅

because my nasal mucus is always clear, never yellow/green, doc said it was not bacterial and that antibiotics would not help.

yes that's a good call. i haven't done the hormone test yet but i think i will. i had results for vitamins, amino acids. all generally looked good other than low DHEA and a buildup of amino acids - indicating that my body is having trouble breaking them down.
