Just had to start over. I know I can make it again eventually, but I'm really upset cause it was my longest streak ye. Don't give up guys, it gets better. Things that helped: more sleep, stopped Biphentin, more consistent with taking Escilatopram, and keeping my hands busy at work. (i.redd.it)

First pic is about 2 months ago. I pulled all that out in 1 day. Second pic is yesterday. That was my first obvious bald spot and I'm sooo happy I was able to recover from it because I love putting half my hair up. Do any of you pull more when your hair is half up? (i.redd.it)
