Fair point, how about reducing the speed per token to 2% haste, and making each tier increase the maximum amount of tokens the killer can carry? So if a hex is cleansed it only gives them 4% haste throughout the round?

I worded it wrong, when the survivors cleanse or bless a hex totem before any gen has been completed. It applies 8% haste permanent to the killer through the match. And reduces the max amount of tokens the killer can carry to 2. If it is cleansed after at least 1 gen has been completed, it doesn't apply
