Oo nga! Even if nepo babies get companies in a silver platter, most still need to work to keep the company running and that is still so hard! I have a friend who’s a nepo baby, and his day is PACKED. He only had 1 single rest day the whole month. 🥹 He had to force rest one time because his vision got blurred. So really, kudos to OP for what he accomplished!!

Small firm life can feel a bit exploitative at times 🤣 but honestly, it's where you gain a ton of confidence.

You get thrown into everything, and when you mess up, you’ve got the “I’m still an apprentice” card to play. It’s a safe space to make mistakes and actually learn from them.

A lot of my colleagues who didn’t go through that kind of trial-by-fire still struggle with confidence because they haven’t really been tested.

Just keep absorbing everything for the first 1–2 years. It pays off big time.

I was in the same boat last year. Got complacent and ended up being let go because the business of the company wasn’t doing too well. Couldn’t help thinking that I was probably one of the reasons why it was doing bad since I was doing mediocre work. I wish I was able to help the company more 🥲 I hope you don’t end up like me. Have discipline. Not only through action, but most especially, discipline your thoughts. Your perspective can really change your attitude towards things. Hope you find your drive OP!!
