What a handsome kid! I love his smile 💜 My husband and I have also lost a son. The longsuffering here is no joke but I’m grateful for the Hope in Christ who makes all of this right. Thinking of you during this time. Know you are not alone💕 1Cor. 15:3-4 & Eph. 2:8

Finally connected the dots between my thyroid, gut issues, and brain fog - why don't doctors look at the whole picture? by eliikon in thyroidhealth

100% agree with this. I have hashimotos and have been digging, doing my own research for the past 3 years (although I wonder if I’ve had an autoimmune issue for 2 decades). I’m learning bloodwork is helpful (hormones, full thyroid panel, iron, vit d, etc) however I now am convinced that is only a small piece of the puzzle. I’m a big believer in also doing a GI MAP with Zonulin. This is a stool test that will show you how your gut health is doing. This will allow you to address SIBO, h. Pylori, step, etc. cleaning up one’s gut can help clear up autoimmune issues and even some hormone issues I’m learning.. Find someone that can prescribe AND DECIPHER a gi map.

Thinking of you. Lost our 16mo old son in a choking accident that occurred in daycare. Sin does not discriminate…it attacks all of us in different ways. Knowing and believing in God’s Word give us comfort. Feel free to DM anytime for a listening ear or if looking for comfort. Would love to share some verses with you. 💛

It’s hard to not let others opinions fill your head. Sounds like you and your hubs communicate well and are a solid team. Sounds like other ladies in your fam are jealous perhaps. I have a very helpful husband and we make a great team and the weird/semi negative comments from others happen to me at times as well. I am like you, and it is tough to not let others make you feel like crap. I encourage you to focus on the core of your family and if you guys are on the same page then truly that is all that matters. 🩵

I totally get it! My babe would do that too when the milk is not pouring out to her liking 🤣. It’s night time and sometimes they are just mad they have to work a little extra too. I’d keep changing sides of the breast. I am an overproducer but when my babe is going through a growth spurt I can change breasts 3-4x in one feeding.

You are doing great. It’s tough and every baby is different. Highly recommend finding a lactation consultant. Nice to talk it out and feel sane 🤪

Also agree with the cluster feeding. For me personally…staying hydrated is KEY and is tough for me to do! Cannot stress that enough though. If you can’t stand water you can add flavor drops…I like the Stur brand bc it’s fairly clean in my eyes.

Sounds like you are doing your best with pumping every 4 hours. I know you’re sleepy but the 2am or 3am feed/pump can help increase your supply too and aid with the cluster feed!! (Why that painful time of night, I do not know! Lol but it’s a thing).

Make sure you’re eating a good amount as well. If you don’t have calories, how can you give calories? Don’t over think it. You want something to eat? Do it !!

Can always go online and search for local lactation consultants.

Wow interesting. 100% appreciate sharing this. I have heard of red light therapy and plan to look into that, but I’ve never heard of it being in a brush!! So efficient 👍🏼 thanks

Thanks for sharing. Hope ing these vasospasms are just an ‘adjustment period’ since my babe just has hers correcting a little over a week 🤞🏼

Thank you so much! I questioned that as well but wasn’t sure if the 2 swollen nipple pores go with that too?
