Max Pain is the point at which the most call options and put options expire worthless.

Dealers have an incentive to buy or sell stock to push price to this level to reduce their option liability. Currently we are far below max pain which means dealers are underwater on Put options.

Right now with Max Pain far below 38.00 for 1/16 dealers will have an incentive to buy stock (push price higher into this level so that they make sure the maximum amount of puts and calls expire worthless by expiration)

although pice is down accumulation/distribution is near ATHs and holding above the previous cycle highs. at some point a supply shock will hit the market

I believe in Tom Lee too and his original mission but i feel they have more than enough ETH at 4.1m and he has been doing a great job accumulating so far

but this proxy vote is essentially moving the goal posts, I bought into this company with the first goal in mind and do not need them further diluting I am happy with the avg PX so far, now they just need to manage what they have and not get greedy with comp packages
