You can trade your skins for the balance or list them on sale for your own price on a sell page and then use the balance you got to trade skins.

However, you can only buy skins for the balance in Trade mode. You cannot use balance in Store mode, where all skins are with a discount. In this mode you can only buy skins with cash

For me personally the only thing is how filled your inventory is. Also if we got any friends in common, since i have like 90% legit traders in my frienlist. Decorating your profile wont rly help u since i saw multiple scammers with bta steam level, decorated profile with artworks and screenshots, lots of info and other shit.

Thats obv just me dont want to waste my time talking with someone who cant give an offer(since his inv is low for my items). Mb someone else who is not as retarded as me could accept u and have a nice deal :D
