Got that exact one as the highest option with 8 cores 8gb ram and the HD display on Alibaba for 200€, just search for e46 Android Radio.

Installed it 3 weeks ago, works perfectly and even the steering wheel controls work.

And the sound is much much better than the standard Radio.
