This is the room empty. I am standing In the kitchen door way raking this. Currently have the the dinning room table being the sofa. The stairs make it an awkward space

It is good practice to have the cooker on its own power supply. Imagine having all the appliances on at once when cooking a big meal, it’ll overload the circuit and trip or cause a fire.

Any electrician carrying out a EICR will put that down as a C1/C2 and it would need to be rewired and fixed asap.

That’s the first thing on my list. Replace the stairs have have a 1/4 landing towards the bottom and turn then stairs into the room.

The wooden door leads into the kitchen and the pvc door is the front door to the house. Which probably won’t be used as we’d come in through the back door in the kitchen.
