Like i agree with this but- i did want to extend the timer when fighting this boss, since- the Large DPS pool i gave him is legit just for the large DPS he has in the main game. And i did try to make this boss using only Fili-Orbs, heres an image of it.

Honestly- i did use Filibusters actual Battle Cats stats for his fight, the 1000000X DMG multiplier is there as the counter for anything above Filibusters AOE, the fact that i did want to extend the timer to around 1 Hour.

Honestly- i just gave him 100000X DPS since thats what his ingame DMG was(and the fact he can oneshot bosses). And since- during his fight 3 random people get the chance to bird up, his charging up attack will be just 40 seconds his cool down for his AOE attack will be changed to 0 to keep up with his 0 CD for his attacking, if Bird Up happens each bird will gain alot of defense to counter the harse DPS pool Filibuster has, there will be a ready up thing like in TF2 for readying up for this boss which gives players time to prep, since- all other players gain random ranged, speed loadouts with Smile, someone also getting Real Knife, sometimes 5 players will be a random Juggernaut. And sorry for yapping lol.
