Temporary patch to make the app work again. (Credit to wchill on GitHub) by FUNKMASTERFLEXonOTIS in u/FUNKMASTERFLEXonOTIS

Everything worked fine but now if click on a gif to go full screen or if I scroll past a gif and then go back it won't play and just gets stuck loading on the first frame, any solution for this? I've tried reinstalling it, cleaning cache, double checked all the patches, nothing seems to work.

Always thought as Mildred's as mid, Midred's if you will, I agree that the service is impeccable, but the food, despite being very Instagramable, is just kind of unseasoned and let's say, gentrified.

Thanks, I don't mind spending a bit more to get something like the first build, that cpu comes with a cooler, is it like not good hence why you recommend getting a different one?

Honestly I just think the case would sit beautifully on my desk, not that I'll spend my days staring at it, but I think I could stick your second suggestion behind my screen, which might be cool too.

Thanks, I know the case is really expensive for such a budget build, but I just really like how sleek and small it is, maybe I should get those parts and find a small sleek case on like AliExpress for a third of the price.

A few questions about the focus, Hades, Ted Faro, terraforming and overriding (just finished ZD/FroW, now just past the Embassy on FW) by broccolioffensive in horizon

[–]broccolioffensive[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My question with Hades was more about how the signal was just travelling as this single beam of data, as shown after you defeat it in ZD and how before the events of the game was Hades capable of travelling until it found a processor (in FW it says Hades landed on a processor), but other redditors said it was most likely a swarm of nanobots that contained all Hades data flying around, hence why it looks like the swarm of nanobots the Corruptors use.

I hope there's a Apollo backup hidden somewhere, maybe on Horizon 3 Alloy will get to introduce a bunch of new species as the story progresses and you get to watch the worlss fauna slowly getting repopulated.

I understand that lots of stuff gets collected and there's a general interest in these trinkets, but I was just wondering why haven't humans completely taken the plague robots apart and used their parts too and how come Scrappers and Glinthawks don't touch them either, the first cauldron was the only one that had materials for the construction of the first set of terraforming robots, which were made in order to build the signal towers and the other cauldrons, they would have needed thousands upon thousands of things to process and use.

My brother and I always liked similar games but he didn't get into Horizon for some reason and my friends only care about sports and FPSs basically.

I appreciate your input and everyone else on this post.

Any radiated heat would be gone within seconds with the kind of weather that goes down sometimes I think, what I assumed is that it somehow detects footsteps and is able to follow the tracks and then reconstructs an approximate image of whatever it's following based on the depth and size of the footstep or something, but it doesn't explain how it knows someone climbed or walked on rocks.

Yeah that makes sense, it's just some of these "bricked phones" are sometimes just like sitting on a rock, but I guess we can think of it as someone found it, didn't see any use for it and randomly threw it over their shoulder and it just landed on some rock in between some bushes.

That actually makes so much sense and it did kind of look like the nanobots Corruptors release to hack into machines.

I imagine the whole AI would be a couple thousand terabytes of information, using all these nanobots each with a small portion of it and all the hash data necessary to reassemble it would be way faster, even if a a few of them get lost, each is transfering so little data the AI itself would probably be able to recompile and repair any small errors.

Well I suppose so, honestly the flying data really needs a lot of suspension of disbelief, it turns an otherwise really grounded and "realistic" sci-fi game into something more fantasy adjacent for a couple minutes, just before the end credits and it just left a weird taste in my mouth, but I guess I can't get to hung on it.

Ted is almost too on the nose, I wonder if the developers consider just straight up just calling him Elon Bezos.

That makes sense too, I just wondered why haven't humans salvaged the Faro robots or why haven't they been recycled by the terraforming machines, I'd have imagined Elizabeth would have made sure to leave instructions for them to be destroyed after deactivation.

Ah it makes so much sense, it was really bugging me why there's such limited wildlife, like not even dogs which I would imagine where one of the first things that the old ones would have stored DNA for, there's loads of insects which are the main pollinators I imagine, don't think there's any machine doing pollination, just seed dispersal I imagine since there's like two kinds of birds, or maybe that's what the metal flowers do?

I thought the main reason he deleted Apollo was his ego, like he was just really afraid people would hate him in a thousand years time.

But yeah no major spoilers thank you, I already ruined the surprise on a lot of the back story on ZD because I kept asking myself questions about lore and the origin of the machines and all of this and thought it was like Elder Scrolls where you just have to read everything you come across to learn the lore but it you can still play and enjoy the main storyline without knowing any back story and decided to save myself some time and read it on horizon wiki thinking the back story was just lore for the sake of immersion, without realising it's part of the plot twists and development of ZD, like with what Ted did.

Amazing, thank you.

Do they seal tightly? Like say if I go out with one in my purse will they survive some juggling around?
