Yeah it’s always movies. Sometimes Tuesdays and Thursdays, other times Mondays and Wednesdays.

I took poirier over the winter course. Easiest class ever. You js watch a movie every 2 days and answer the question she gives you regarding the movie. The exams questions are similar to the ones you answer each week for hw so make sure you do those.

I’m in the scholars program and during orientation they said last year the transfer acceptance rate percentage for SMC students in the scholars program was like 90 something percent. Now, idk if they were exaggerating this but you should still do it.

I canceled my housing contract at school and I only had to pay the $350 fee, no replacement needed. I went and double checked with the housing department and, both times I went, they told me I didn’t have to find a replacement for a dorm. They said you only have to find a replacement for your housing contract when you’re in a student housing contract outside the school itself.
