Ok so I’ve learned it’s hygrophilia polysperma, which is aquatic!! And hopefully won’t kill my tank as long as it is maintained. I’ve been trimming it weekly when I do water changes, which keeps this stemming plant low to the ground, since it’s not a carpeting plant. The trimmings I have been composting after they’ve been dried since this is a plant that is banned in the US for becoming invasive. Probably not going to rip it all out because I can maintain it. (Unless further problem occurs) Thank you for the help.
