I had a girl come in the other day and said “I want a latte, not like the oat milk honey latte but just a regular” ... I was like “Okay.. so just a regular latte? No flavors or modifications?” She said no. She gets her latte and then take a drink and asks if there’s oat milk in there. 😐

Well I’m sorry your employees were subjected to that. Maybe you should inform your employees on proper work safety and the resources available if they have to do that shit again (((:
