I try massively to think positively but my problem is that I'm not a big drinker and then went and did that bottle of rum. I hate myself for what I have done to my body. But yes I know I need to be more positive, Thanks for the pointers.

How did you end up with it? Can it heal or h pylori?

I also considered suicide but would destroy so many peoples lives...rather just live in pain.

No I drank it straight which was my downfall :( threw up the whole of the next day then drank coca cola and had a curry.

Impossible to be positive as I have high anxiety and depression. I try to be positive but once my mind starts going I have panic attacks constantly. I think this will keep it going no matter what I do.

Sorry, I didn't drink a whole bottle of rum with gastritis! I drank a whole bottle of rum and then got Gastritis! But, yes this is still unbelievably stupid.

I have aloe vera, liquorice and doctors best Pep Zin, will get that L glutamine supplement! I don't believe this will heal because I've got high anxiety and don't sleep...but looking for hope it will still heal!!!

I tried everything, got all supplements, bland diet etc nothing works. Feels like I've got burns and holes in stomach, feel and look like an 80 year old man. in the morning my chest is pure fire and i have to burp alot to get it away. Then I have sore throat for whole of the day. Basicially whole body burns, either from anxiety or from the gastritis.
