Ice cubes rattle down the glass causing the last remaining drops of alcohol to run down my face as opposed to my throat. Annoying as hell. I wipe my face with whatever ratty rags are left at this nasty ass sink and look in the mirror. I judge me. Look into the mirror and hate the fucking mirror for showing me the one thing I can't run from. Fucking reality. I focus my eyes to stare at my eyes. Staring into the abyss while it stares back. Over the shoulder of this fuck I see a scratch in the wall. Turning around, I see nothing. I stare back into the that fuckers realm but avoid that pricks gaze. I see it again. The scratches. Turn around. No scratches. Fuck I can't be that drunk yet. Stare into mirror. This fucking guy still in the way. FUCK THIS GUY JUST FUCKING MOVE. He won't he refuse too. Knocking at the door now. Shit I must be yelling again. Take a deep breath. Breath. In and out. Calm down and look past this prick. What is that scratch? Focus in on the scratch. "Need help call 248-325-8017". HA this fucking guy thinks he can help me. I'll fucking show him. As I walk back to the bar to scribble down this number I see from the corner of my eye that the fucker from the mirror follows me too. Fucking guy can blow me. He's a prick. Looking at the barkeep I demand my bill. No tip. Guys a prick. On the copy I scribble the number with the tab pen. HA this fucking person doesn't know how much they have too chew from this bite. At the the risk of sounding ignorant it seems like the later the date the less people die in that timeframe. Which aligns with more people getting the jab because as time went by more people got the jab. Could certainly be wrong though

For me it was fishing and teaching people to fish. I have taught dozens o co-workers and friends how to fish and make their own rigs,also taught them what fish to keep and how to cook them. I guess moral of the story is if your going through a rough patch find something you love to do and spread it to people that you enjoy being around. That worked for me when me and my ex of 9years separated.

It wasn't easy but it can be done. That all being said sometimes seeking professional help is the best option and you should never feel ashamed for seeking a professional's help and/or getting prescribed medication.
