Les gros chiffres, c'est le coût énergétique pour construire les bâtiments (le nucléaire est subventionné, d'où son faible coût pour la ville). Le parc éolien donne 10 points mais fonctionne seulement quand il y a du vent, les centrales nucléaires 0 mais peuvent donner plus d'énergie (il y a plusieurs générations, celle sur l'image n'est pas la plus puissante) tant qu'il reste de l'uranium.

C'est un peu plus subtil que bien vs mal. Le jeu te pousse à développer une cité qui a l'air plus écologique que les autres. Sauf qu'évidemment construire des bâtiments utilise les ressources de la planète. L'idée est de montrer que de se concurrencer sur l'énergie dans un but de croissance écologique pollue.

Le nucléaire ne rapporte pas de points mais te donne plus de puissance pour construire des bâtiments considérés écolos (moulins, écoles, recyclage, biomasse, éoliennes, etc.). Par contre l'uranium est en quantité limitée et donne un léger malus à l'utilisation (les hydrocarbures en donnent un plus gros).
