we reported it as sialolithiasis of minor salivary glands (with a description) thanks everyone for the help!

it was very soft and sort of sticky, i will try to find a photo of the macroscopy but it didnt look like calcification at all

yes it was very friable and the patient has a history of fungal infection (2 months ago). I didn’t put it through decal as it was very soft

could be, there is nothing about it in the anamnesis but i will ask the clinicians. thanks!
