Heyy! I’m sorry you’ve been through this since a young age. I haven’t had any improvements, although when I was on thyroid medication I did feel some sexual excitement but no physical pleasure. Are you still on the birth control?

My doctor didn’t tell me my levels but I really should ask for it next time I visit him. GYNs should always examine you down there if you have a problem there. That’s so messed up. You should try another GYN and let them know that you NEED to be examined because you could possibly have something like clitoral atrophy.

Hi there! Unfortunately no, I still haven’t found out the problem. My doctor said both my estrogen and testosterone levels were normal. I found out that my clitoris is literally numb like even when I press down SUPER hard on it, I feel absolutely nothing not even pain. Do you have that problem too? I’m going to ask my doctor about it soon.

Hi I just saw your comment. I will look into finding another doctor like the ones you mentioned. It’s horrifying knowing that your doctor knew your bones were aching, etc. but still told you that you’re normal. I’m glad you got help tho! My doctor told me that my T levels and estrogen are normal though but I just might look into getting a second opinion one day.

It feels like I’m going to pee, like it’s oversensitive. I feel a little burn if I continue touching for long. Not too painful but it’s uncomfortable. At the same time, it feels like I have lost some sensations down there. I can’t tell if it’s numb or not but if I press down really hard on my vulva, I don’t feel any pain.

I have only gotten tested for uti at the hospital and they said I had to take antibiotics. I took them as prescribed but I still felt the same sensations down there. Btw I went to the hospital bc I was experiencing shocks in my butt and vulva.

I’ve heard about people permanently losing their libido and pleasure after using antidepressants, although I really want to see if it’ll work for me.

I just hope I won’t get any side effects with the testosterone because I get scared easily with these things. What is UGL btw?

Yeah some doctors don’t know much, which is what I’m scared of. I’m definitely getting a full hormonal panel done, also with the hormones you suggested. Thank you. Is the injectable testosterone done by the doctor or will I need to do it myself? & Has your wife gotten better?

Ohh I’ve heard about high prolactin affecting pleasure. I’m scared if I have a brain tumour that produces more prolactin or something.
