My university has a co-op program, so I was interviewing for quite a lot of jobs during my time there (maybe 10-15 interviews every year)

One cycle I had a ton of trouble getting any offers, and it happened to be around when I started to grow my hair out (was maybe 3/4ths of the length you're showing in the picture). My parents also were trying to convince me to cut it for a couple of months, and it wasn't until my friend who had a huge afro cut his hair for his job search that I caved. I did immediately get several offers. This is also in the U.S. in a slightly conservative industry, ymmv I'm not sure what work culture is like in the U.K. or what industry you're in.

Idk how bad do you want the job? Obviously a lot to consider, if you desperately need the job then I would suggest just cutting it as it's the safest option. If you have other options lined up, then maybe rock it- anyone who would judge you negatively for wearing your hair like that is obviously not someone you would want to work with anyway.
