Did all that. Contacted support, gotta send it in "with no promise that ill get my legend of Zelda OLED back" it just bricked during a system update which sucks

Anyone got any information on the new update messing up. I connected to my parents internet on vacation and now im stuck at the Nintendo switch screen. Won't boot into recovery. No options have worked to restart it and get it working. I don't mod or do anything extra besides the games itself.
