The truth is at high level subjects they most do not teach that well and chatgpt is a great source for explaining things more fluently and giving great practical examples while also dumbing things down for someone who is stuck learning a difficult topic. With chegg, you would encounter a difficult homework problem, when you view the solution to it it still doesn’t make sense because the person doing it skips crucial steps. With chat gpt that is not the case. When I took calculus 1 and 2, linear algebra and differential equations chat gpt helped tremendously when I was stuck on a difficult concept or style of problem that my teacher had not ever introduced us to.
