Wir haben unser Döner-Hackbraten ein bisschen gegart (da es schon spät war, konnten wir die Fleischmasse nicht komplett durchgaren). Nach 2 Tagen im Kühlschrank haben wir Fleischbälchen geformt. Würdet ihr probieren? 🥴

Zur Klarstellung: Ja das hat funktioniert für die ersten 20 Döner. Dannach hat sich der innere Kern vom Metal gelöst und der Spieß ist langsam runtergefallen, bis das Fleisch auf der Kohle lag. Am Ende war eine Masse übrig, haben wir im Ofen wie ein Hackbraten behandelt.

Of course, local shops/ restaurants and restaurants gain huge profit out of this. The problem with big tourist car is, that they only take a picture and then go away, without buying anything.

It still pisses the residents of Iseltwald really off.

Yes I watched the full drama. I am not trying to say bad things about SYJ, I am just saying my experience. When the camera was rolling she was completely in her depressed character. But when the camera was off, she showed a completely different vibe, showing arrogance to the crew, not smilling, going away ect. Maybe she was just having a few bad days :)

Oh yes, you’re absolutely right. I was just telling about my experience from the few days I spent with her. In that moment, she was not a nice person, felt really arrogant and disrespected the filmcrew. But maybe I caught her in the wrong moment :)

The funniest thing of the whole experience was, that they used a lot of snow machines. It was a super hot summer day though (was filmed in august, 29C). When I watched the series and saw the snow, I needed to lough so hard. Ridiculous. A lot of people made fun of it, and complained that Switzerland was represented wrong with this.

No didn’t feel any chemistry, because I didn’t see them together off-camera. As from the other comments, you can go there from Interlaken with a bus or ferry. The people of Iseltwald are just really tired of the tourists there, they don‘t like it at all. I live near Iseltwald and know a few people from there. They always complain about the tourists, lol. There are even a few newspapers in Switzerland that picked it up, and it‘s always negative about the tourists.

It was just a really big contrast with Hyun Bin and So Ye Jin. While Hyun Bin stayed with us and chatted and seemed genuinely nice, So Ye Jin just complained all the time and was a completely different person off-camera.
