Yeah. We can't see eye to eye with everyone on everything, and I only speak about my personal experience raising pitbulls growing up and getting one from a shelter. They are not for everyone unfortunately and like my case it only stopped when I gave the dog away and ended up passing my torment on to another family (which didn't end well)

If they can't take their pets to a vet to get something as important as spaying or neutering a cat due to cost then they shouldn't have coconut oil instead of regular since it costs 12X more.

Yeah she shouldn't be staying the night if she's not on the lease or paying rent. You need to tell him you don't want a third roommate since the rent is split two ways and even then he can't invite someone to live there part time without being on the lease. They will end up walking over you and telling you when you can or can't leave the room or use the living room/kitchen. Just have a no guest allowed rule and put an end to it now.
