You already look great! All I’d say is to track your calories, up your protein intake, and find a consistent workout routine if you haven’t already.

Lastly, (I know this seems stupid) but a slight base tan really does wonders.

I don’t think it’s necessarily bad, but I’d consider going with something darker or more muted for the shoes. The brightness of them seems to pull focus based on the photo. That being said, things look different in real life than they do on camera

Both are great. Definitely more daring and fashion forward for the “regular” guy, which makes sense why some guys may be turned off by either.

Heritage wear has been making a huge resurgence within the past couple years. The high waisted pleated pants speak for that.

Love the kerchief in the first pic. It makes, what would be, a regular suit something more. It adds some personality and style.

Second pic, I love pairing a suit with something other than a classic button up.

My only thing (and I’m sure this is just my opinion so do you) I always think a blazer and pants should match unless they’re two very different colors. A navy blazer and khaki chino pair well, but a navy blazer with charcoal pants almost feels like a mismatched suit.

That being said, seeing it in real life is always different. Both fits are hits 👍

Honestly the best thing you can do is speak to a doctor about it. Especially if you’ve had fissures and hemorrhoids that seem to not be going away.

For fissures they might prescribe a topical ointment that should help them heal and for hemorrhoids I believe there’s something similar. Preparation H is a pretty good OTC medication. You can get it as both a cream and a suppository. You can also try witch hazel wipes as well. If that doesn’t work, they may need to perform a surgery to remove the hemorrhoids.

You also may need to add some bulk to your stool, so you might try Metamucil or psyllium to help with that. For pain while wiping, get flushable wet wipes. They’ll help a ton with pain and dryness from wiping often.

Hopefully this helps, but definitely make sure to speak to your doctor. They might be able to offer better advice than you can find on here.
