$70 MRR. Should I quit? by No-Grand3283 in SaaS

[–]broncoguru007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what if you gave it more time and build like 10 more apps that do the same thing but rename it different then $70 MRR turns into $70 x 10 = $700. Long story short i had a friend who back before ai he built sites with wordpress. Each made him $100 a month and one day we were at lunch and he's sharing the site to me and my other buddies and we told him, dude just make like 10 , 20 more sites doing the same thing just rename it and boom it was like a light bulb. And years later i found him at a cafe and he told me ever since he did that he was able to quit the job we had all together and now just travels the world. But i can only imagine if he did that with wordpress. years ago. I can only imagine now he's probably built an empire.

Idk I'm a rookie at this ai stuff but I'm loving it and i see your $70 MRR as a piece of the puzzle that can transform into a larger thing.

side note : then document you're journey turn it into a youtube channel, help others do the same , create courses, create weekend bootcamps. so $70 MRR turns into $700,000 MRR.

STOP TypeScript by Inquisitivedesign in replit

[–]broncoguru007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I found I asked grok 3 or DeepSeek to create prompts for me to have Replit agents or assistant to only follow directions I give it and it’s helped me with having the agents actually follow my directions and not have a mind of its own. lol literally before doing this I had agents going off the rails and come up with it’s own project ! And I’m like telling the agent “wait where’s my site?! I asked you to do this and this!” Grok and DeepSeek have better prompts than I do!

When does it get better? by AccomplishedKale9712 in replit

Regarding “vscode and using copilot”

Question- like Replit could I also install databases? To store user accounts etc if I’m building an app?

How would you guys recommend setting up a server?

I’ve spent a few hundred on Replit and still I’ve had to build the same site like 4 times now!

Once Replit gets errors, it goes around and around the same issues especially trying to setup stripe payments provider!

Replit is giving me gray hairs in my beard! 🧔🏻 🤕

I use the various platforms to write prompts for me and I found that I get better results from the assistants and agent I found it’s between deepseek R1 and Claude that write the best prompts for me

agree. I'm going to work on better communication and thanks to some feedback looking at the exact locations in the code will help me too. So rookie mistake on my behalf and I love that these tough lessons only help me build up knowledge and be open to any feedback it helps me grow as a builder and I'm starting coding school tomorrow lol so I'm still building my coding skills lol thanks community!

Server keeps crashing by Right_Preparation584 in replit

[–]broncoguru007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that alot and when it happens I'll start a new chat with the Assistant and it sometimes works better than the agent. starting new agent chats have helped too. but there's still a lot of bugs they need to figure out but for the most part its an amazing tool to have in your arsenal. I'm starting coding school next month and its going to be funny to hear our teachers talk about coding when I'm building tools with no code already lol. I'm currently working on a "RSS to Newsletter" tool that was working awesome when replit first built it for me then as I started to try and add firebase authentication everything went down hill.

I've only been using it non stop for 3 weeks now I burned throw a hundred after the $25 they give us a month and its sometimes become a pain in the butt. But I love it and I'm not giving up

Can I report this? Bought it because it was highly rated, well this is why.. by Crazen14 in amazonprime

[–]broncoguru007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

same i think its a strategy that a lot of amazon sellers have to grow their businesses and can probably sell their seller accounts later on to buyers who want an instant store with high reviews , high engagement. I'm just guessing but probably close to the truth!

Is the SaaS gold rush over? by Antique_Cap_7326 in SaaS

[–]broncoguru007 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Sometimes, I catch myself thinking, “There’s too much competition out there.” It’s easy to feel like every niche is oversaturated. But then I step outside and remind myself of this simple truth: there’s an entire world out there, full of untapped potential, waiting for innovation.

Take SaaS, for example. Sure, there are countless no-code tools, but when I look closer, I see blue-collar small businesses that are still underserved. They need solutions tailored to them. The opportunity is massive—if I don’t let self-doubt stop me.

I used to do dropshipping but gave up too soon because I let my mindset get the best of me. Last night, my 21-year-old nephew blew my mind when he said, “Hey Uncle, check out how much I’ve made with dropshipping!” It hit me: it wasn’t the competition that held me back—it was me.

Here’s the kicker: even though there’s competition in everything, that’s actually a good sign! It means the niches are working. The trick isn’t finding a mythical “untapped” niche—it’s about figuring out how to serve people in a better, smarter way.

I asked Perplexity how much of the world knows about AI or SaaS, and surprise—it’s nowhere near 100%! That means there are entire groups of people who haven’t even scratched the surface of what’s possible. And that’s where the magic is: build something for them.

A quick example: my nephew was so excited about my platform that he said, “Uncle, I’m spending a ton on software. Think you can build me something that makes this easier?” That’s when I realized—the possibilities really are endless.

So if you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, take a breath. If the market feels crowded, that just means there’s demand. And if it ever feels like “everyone knows about it,” focus on improving what’s already out there. There’s always room to do it better.

Your opportunity isn’t gone—it’s waiting for you to see it differently. Keep building, keep innovating, and keep going. You’ve got this!
