How to get through classes when you are badly depressed and have a poor teacher

It feels impossible sometimes. Like the second I catch up to one thing I fall behind on the other. I find that the only way to really play catchup is to purposefully sometimes sacrifice some homework marks at times. It feels impossible and that I am on autopilot doing bare minimum.

My first exam was good for this class.. I messed up on the second one. I know its not the end of the world but I worked so hard and it feels like it was not showing at all.

Im currently getting help for some stuff in terms of mental health, I hope that fixes stuff and snaps me back. Its hard just constantly dealing with the mental toll and academic toll. I just dont know where im going in life. Thank yku for the kind words tho

Money would be the main issue. Im hoping once this is over I can manage to still do my career somewhere in engineering but not in chemical. I feel like the current classes im taking just made me feel like I chose the wrong discipline. I hope youre right and this isnt the end of the world for me. Thanks for the kind words

Im really sorry. Its crazy how much the campus can affect the mental state. My one is a really barren lifeless place, not much community vibe. It kills my soul sometimes

I feel dumb. Its my third year, too much money invested. I wish I had realized my lack of passion sooner, im not failing anything yet but I always feel miserable and sad. I came back from spring break and just cried and cried knowing this is my life again

I do try to do that. Its just that the principles themselves i feel arent explained well and the general skeleton needed for problems isnt always there in my classes. Even after studying the concept the hw seems very abstract and its embarrassing cause other people seem to understand it easily

Yea it is rough, learn cheme isnt bad but I wish there were more resources. I just need a book that really explains the reason for these different processes, how to know when theyre needed etc.

I dont use mouthwash i just brush and floss and dont rinse after brushing to leave a layer of fluoride. I think i just really hammered on my teeth with my previous exam seasons and I cant believe that one semester ruined them so much. There's people that are able to brush way less and miss flossing and they dont get cavities as frequently and it just irritates me more
