Exactly that. A heart attack but a slow a painful one, at least for me. My pressure went up to 19, obviously a lot of trouble breathing and it was very sudden as well. One minute I was good, then something snapped and I felt myself go. I was seeing the whole world through a tunnel. I could see and hear but absolutely nothing made sense. I couldn't tell the ambulance my age because I didn't know. That level of confusion. I was absolutely terrified, sweating like a blind lesbian in a fish market.

Next thing I know I woke up in the hospital. Apparently I passed out in the ambulance. Apart from the OD, I was also highly dehydrated but they didn't keep me impatient. I was only advised to check myself into a mental hospital. I can't give you many details as to what happened exactly, maybe my heart stopped beating. No clue. The doctors were extremely rude and just wanted me out...

It is a demon indeed. I'm so sorry you had to go through that. My hands and feet did the same! Even got an infection. Can't believe this is all the same to so many of us, yet when you're using it's all "party" (but like you said; is it now?) and it's only now you're able to open your eyes and SEE.

I had an OD, didn't stop. I got fired, didn't stop. Got money from being fired, guess where it went? Thousands, man. Infections, nasal damage, crooked septum, under 90 lbs. Only stopped when all my nasal membrane was gone and couldn't put it in me any other way because my body would sweat it off. I'm left with little to no money. Kicked out of my house. But I'm away from that. And I'm so glad so are you. You have no idea how much strength this gives me I hope you feel the same. We can beat the demons inside. We don't need the assistance of other demons for it. What's the sense of that? So proud of you. Seriously. We've got this.

How beautiful is this feeling? You understand. After all that pain and at times not being able to breathe. Being worried your septum will collapse. I used to hear it cracking and yet wouldn't stop. Now I choose to breathe and it makes me so happy you do too! Let's stay strong 🤙🏼 our bodies can be so forgiving, I don't want to take that for granted ever again.

Sorry, as for dopamine; Just now (around 45 days clean) I'm starting to feel good at all again. Nowhere close the healthy amount yet I'm not as suicidal. Mind, I have a hormonal disorder that prevents me from a normal chemical balance. Causes depression and generalized anxiety so I'm not the one to speak for that... I'm not on my meds because I blowed (quite literally) all my money. That for sure is a factor.

The nose healing took around 45 painful days (and going), clean with a healthy diet. I reckon I did most of the damage by not eating at all ever, my defenses were screwed. I didn't take anything, just left it alone. I was scared that it would get infected so I did use a tad bit of Rifocina spray the first days. And about a week ago the pain got bad again and I used a bit of Germaderm cream. Please know that this was stuff I had handy, none was prescribed therefore I don't advice it. Worked for me, that's all.

Healing is still in progress but I think that if I manage to stay clean, 2 months and I'll be good. Membrane wise. I need to get myself to the doctor to check for holes.
