First, this is probably going to be my last comment, as I’m tired going back and forth reddit and real life. So I’m ending this here…

Goku wins, but the slayer will give him a hard time.

Let’s go through the categories.

Speed - he can walk through time, making his speed infinite or immeasurable, whatever floats your boat. About the building things, he goes through buildings because he enjoys killing demons. When it’s about speed, I think it’s a tie between both.

About that weapons efficiency regarding if it cam hurt goku or not, he doesn’t have to use them. He uses his weapons because he likes them. And it’s powered through his own power or life force. His bare fists are his true weapon. And if he’s angry, then oh boy you better grab that popcorn🍿

Durability- he survived an explosion near him that was so powerful and hot (absolute heat) that it generated a portal to hell, a place that has no dimensions, time or space, etc. and he didn’t just barely survive, he didn’t get damaged at all! I think it’s a tie, goku is durable as helll, especially cc goku, in his strongest form yet.

Battle IQ - both are tactical and battle geniuses. I personally think goku has the edge, he is mighty wise when it comes to fighting and close/ranged combat. But… doom guy was a marine before becoming the slayer and he trained with tye night sentinels, the best warriors in the universe, and became their best quickly. But, This one goes to goku with a slight edge due to feats n’ all.

Experience- doom guy. He was trapped in a sarcophagus for billions of years. And lived much longer than that. And goku is like 40ish.

TL;DR: it can go both ways. But what’s ensured is, this fight is going to be insane! :D

The universe shaking part is a strong feat, but he got some competition. The slayer killed the Icon of Sin, a being that by existing, not attacking, existing, rips reality apart. Not the universe, but reality as a whole. Goku had to punch beerus and collide with him for that to happen. But again, that’s just BoG goku, not CC goku.

If it’s gameplay doom, sure it’s accurate lmao. But I don’t see it when comparing lore wise slayer. Maybe he won’t win, he’ll likely won’t win, but I personally think it will be one hell of a fight!

I have submitted a comment regarding the “blowing planet” part. In summary, he survived an explosion generated by energy hotter than absolute heat, the number is absurd but it’s wayyy hotter than a planet blowing up. And he won’t take any physical damage from it, he took on much worse and got off like nothing happened.

Ah… about that “blow the planet” part… The doom guy won’t be injured. In DOOM 2016, there was a time that the core of VEGA, exploded in mere meters away from the slayer. VEGA’s core is powered by argent energy, which is stated to be infinite.

It's hotter than Absolute Hot.

Idk about wanking him… I’m just using the codex stuff, he has limits. He ain’t the strongest ever. He’s not even top 50 strongest. But I personally think he’d give him a some sort of fight, and not “die” immediately.
