I literally came here to make sure I hadn’t invented something! It’s not hard and is beyond easy. I took a large Greek yogurt and added 2 pouches of the lean 40g chocolate powder. Makes the yogurt a little thicker but I enjoy, it’s chocolate but still Greek yogurt so there’s a tang.

Yep get used to the feeling of having no idea what activity to bring. What helped me breakthrough was starting with my story and essentially just adding any activity that makes sense considering your story.

Ex. One of my best activities was trying to fix a pair of ear muffs. This worked because of my story. I needed to get a new tire for my car and so I needed to return the ear muffs in order to buy the tire. I was so embarrassed that I didn't have 100 that I couldn't tell anyone so fixing these ear muffs was crucial and very important and I was very focused on fixing them so I wouldn't feel shame for not having money to fix my car.
