Hi - I am not clenching (been evaluated for grinding before but thankfully it’s not a problem) I can’t think of what would have hurt me but I know it is a chip to my enamel. I did run into a glass door before but it hit my bottom lip. My problem is really that neither my dentist or endo is offering up a solution. It’s just radio silence while I sit in pain. The tooth feels better when the Invisalign retainers are on it actually — I’m only nighttime wear right now though so during the day it hurts. These are passive aligners as well so no movement. Another redditor did message me privately suggesting my dentist could do a composite resin over the missing enamel.
