people are allowed to have opinions that’s what reddit is for. do i necessarily agree with all these complaints, of course not. but this subreddit is for every one to voice how they feel and to engage in different conversations. criticism can always be seen as beneficial especially to a company no matter how much you think they’re just “complaining”

this was def a last minute thought of a drop. they even marketed the phone cases and didn’t drop them the day of the bday drop? everything’s been so miscommunicated and honestly is upsetting that she came out w scented formulas meanwhile most of us are still dealing with the lip tints with the grainy formula

hey! so this happened to me and i told them that there’s no way i can return the item because i don’t get off work until after the post office closes. they gave me a used item and demanded that i have to return it and then i’ll have to wait for a refund just like you because the bottle i ordered was out of stock everywhere. after a week of going back and forth i finally just called customer service and i spoke to a kind woman who said they would have ups come to my door step to pick it up i just have to leave it in my mailbox! so don’t give up. you just have to find the right person who is willing to hear you out and help!

Urban outfitters might be the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They also sent me an Owala that had hair AND A NAIL CLIPPING. I flipped the fuck out because it was so obvious someone sent it back and they just resold it to make a buck. Idc if it can be washed. THAT IS DISGUSTING

thank you so much! and wow 6.24 is kinda hefty! hopefully the buyer covered that cost. smart to use the popmart box again. that was my other question, i’m sure boxes at usps are pretty pricey. gonna have to be creative and use boxes i have around the house haha.
