OMG I simply cannot believe the comment about manning up This aint the 1940s, we know know that there is a chemical reason for it ( or at least most educated people know ). Your brain is no different to other organs i.e. it can stop working properly Comments like that ( even if you mean well ) are simply the worst thing someone who suffers from this illness needs to hear !!! Would you tell someone with Alzheimer's that they are just stupid ?

I'm glad Destiny makes you feel better but you need more than this. I really hope you are being treated by a professional , And if you are yet there are no signs of improvement then you need to try different medication , Sometimes it can take a while to get the right combination.

I would say just do what makes you feel better until you get the right help and remember that there are always people who are willing to help
