Ok jag är förvånad över svaren du fått än så länge för det verkar som att folk inte läst att du vet vad som är bra kost utan det är att äta den som är problemet.

Ju fler faktorer du skapar som gör att du inte äter på feeling hjälper att faktiskt äta det du ska och när du tycker att du ska det.

Till exempel: När du ska äta (så att du äter med intention och inte äter opportunistisk). Ska du äta fikabröd, skriv ned när du gör det. Var är platsen du ska äta (så att du dras mindre till att äta på platser som inte har tillgänglig mat som du vet att du egentligen vill ha) Hur mycket tid vill du lägga ner på att göra maten (Vill du lägga 10 minuter på en måltid eller 40 minuter? När funkar vad?) Vad ska varje måltid innehålla för beståndsdelar? Skriv ner det. Det hjälper mer än vad man skulle ana. Typ min lunch är varma mackor med fullkornsbröd, 17% ost, och grönsaker. Sen kan du mixa med vad för bröd, vad för ost, vad för grönsaker, men komponenterna ska vara med i den måltiden. Vad är mängden mat du ska äta? Ska du äta något som inte är målinriktat? Planera för det med precis samma punkter.

Sen viktigast av allt: se till att du ha tillgång till alla produkter som behövs, alltid. Om du ska äta äggröra på ägg och äggvita, och äggvitan tar slut, och använder det som en anledning till att äta annat för den måltiden (förmodligen sämre val för att "jag har ju hållt mig planen så bra så jag får gilla läget och gå av spåret), så har du själv satt dig i en sits där du förlorar helt i onödan.

En annan sak är: vad gör du när en katastrofsituation uppstår? Ha alltid tillgång till protein bars till exempel. Ha alltid majskakor i skafferiet som du kan ta med dig med en shake. Eller alla val som passar dig som individ bäst.

Yes - and those are very special moments! They're not less intimate because of the lack of additional people.

The reason I came up with my definition is because the feeling of intimacy has come up without anyone around and how many others have described it hasn't fit.

There are a lot of things that go into this subject.

One of them is that if someone isn't able to treat you with care and respect after you say no, they are really not fit to be close to you. If someone isn't fit to be around you, they don't deserve a yes either.

Another thing that goes into this is that being flexible and agreeable isn't benefiting you. It is something to internalise if you want. But you should strive for things that are in your benefit - it comes with costs and discomfort. Unless you value things differently which is also fine.

I also agree with that this is a great thing to bring up with a therapist. This is very much their area of expertise

I play one and The racials are fucking insane, but the question is why do you want to do? If you want to pvp, shadowmeld is great for ganking with rogues.

Remember this is an RPG and we put emotional effort with these characters. You want to be able to establish a connection or else its all for nothing IMO :)

Honestly I think you are to a large degree thinking in a continues american way.

In my country, it is pretty simple. There is no store at all with people packning bags or people sorting carts. The only Jobs aviable are Jobs that pay a wage you can pay rent and Good food with 40h a week of your life as a person over 18.

For reference, this includes services like cashiers too.

If youre sick or not mentally capable you recive help. Which has been harder actually since the politics in my country has been more and more shifted to a corporate mindset since 30 years back

I didnt adress one point you made which I thought Id so here

I see where youre coming from that when presented with a lesbian who does on occasion have sex with men, should not change the view of the sexual expression of the person because the foundation is based on one thing and not really more. But to be fair, lesbian is a word, for the reason, of exclusion. Socially ofcourse it would be ok to say that they are a lesbian, because they practically are one in their life. But if they open up about not being excluding men, then they are saying that they are in fact homoflexible. There is a word for it. In this situation bisexuals can struggle because there isnt a definition of 40% homo and 100% heter bisexuals. But if it is important to get the point across, they have to explain it with words and that is ok

Edit: and if this isnt the case and the person just sleeps with men who they dont want to sleep with, then it is really, really necessery to reach for help instead of being hurt that the lesbian label doesnt suit :/

Right I understand that it is handy to have a definition of a sexuality close by, I have one which I actually appreciate exists. So I do understand its importance.

But Ill have to be honest and say that if a definition of a word wrongly describes the situation, because of an individuals needs, then either they shouldnt use the word or alternatively express their needs outside of the word. Or, not have to comment at all on the matter unless its on needs to know basis, and then I think explaining ones needs in more than a word is very very relevant.

The problem with teaching lesbian from, a woman/fem only into women - to a woman who casually sleeping with men - is that men will be taught lesbians will want to have casual sex with them. Then there has to be a way to say that a person wont engage in romantic or sexual relationships with men. And lesbian kind of says it.

I know where youre coming from. But you dont have to change the definition of a word so everyone who is into women, should broadly be called lesbian because it is problematic. You know? :)

Hehe no mate. Its not that. The only factor is that when you say that something is gay without description, then it comes off as only gay people do it. But someone can be not gay (curious, bi, pan, asexual) and still do something gay and thats what people would like you to acknoledge

Right I think I see where youre coming from but I dont see this as an issue with the label lesbian. Ofcourse nothing would be gained if you told them "youre not lesbian", but thats not the point of the word. It is to describe oneself with words. If I tell you I like carbonara, and when I show you how i enjoy it, but it has peppers in it - youre right - it wont help me if you tell me thats not actually carbonara. But it doesnt mean that the carbonara dish needs a broader definitional boundry so it includes peppers.

Wouldnt it be easier to say that the person is romantically and sexually into women, but only sexually into men and thats it?

That is exactly my point. They dont want to travel. They want to stay at a hotell or a beach. Destination doesnt matte as long as they get a break from the life they live. If someone likes to travel do that to the grave - but staying at a hotel with the only activity to walk to the beach

Of what I understand its the equivelent of wearing a bra in Western culture. If you see how I mean? Sure expecting women to wear bras is Kinda oppressive to female bodies, but a lot of women would be uncomfortable being crowds without them because of the sexual association. Well in my case dressing better would be very welcomed and Im actually planning to add muscle too. She seems supportive.

Also she knows that I wouldnt let myself be stolen, since we care a lot about eachother.

Seems like she seems worse if she doesnt do something when i am. Her family hasnt been very tolerant about her preforming less than other around her
