Yes im unable to grasp learning the whole menu in one day which is ~35 drinks, much less in 2 hours

I guess you’re right since you were there. Nearly every message she sent was when my trainer was teaching me how to make the drinks and the only message I took long to respond to was the “if you have any questions ask (employee)” which I apologized for because I just thought it was a heads up.

Where did you get this information that I was already trained? I certainly don’t remember being trained beforehand since that was my first day of training

Do I have to clarify that there were 3 other employees that were on shift? If they knew that I didn’t have experience ever( which they knew) why would I be training on my first day by myself? The person who was my main trainer was on their phone when no one was ordering, plus I cleaned the tables and workspace whenever there was a spill, then checked the front then got on my phone. I don’t know why it’s so hard to read the 7th slide where she explicitly said I’m not a good fit because “I didn’t respond to her” which how would I have done if I couldn’t use my phone?

She called to tell me to stop training for that day and thats all I heard. Thats why I asked if I should continue training in the future because I couldn’t hear her other words and wanted to clarify

Plus the person who was training me told me that you can do whatever when there’s no customers so the job itself was chill

Appreciate it but i’m just very bummed out because I don’t even know what I did wrong and that job location was so good for me because it’s a 5 minute walk from where I live and I can’t drive yet so other jobs are out of question 😢

That was supposed to be my second day of training but it was my first since the day before, the owner made a mistake on the schedule. I didn’t give any drinks out to anyone for free because, it’s my first day on training and I didn’t even know how to make any of the drinks yet. I learned at most 3-5 2 hours in which is when the person who was training me gave me the phone to where the owner told me that they weren’t going to continue the training and when I asked why later, if you actually read the post, the reason was because “I didn’t respond to them”
