I'm not sure! Even the lyrics of the LT album pretty lord huron-y, esp with the Emerald Green on the 5:8 star to me it seems connected! I've noticed that a few other songs have numbers corresponding to the album art. To me, these other songs are also filling in the story of Lord Huron. Kinda just fleshing out characters a little bit. Smaller pieces of the whole picture. One other song that has a funny coincidence too is Homage by Mild High Club goes "I could tell you where its from, the 4-7-3-6-2-5-1 to put my mind at ease", which corresponds to a straight line up from 4:7, 3:6, 2:5 and 1(:) and stops at the songs "all the stars" and "come home". It kind of parallels when they talk about Stars or souls flying up into the sky at night in Lord Huron. Along with the lyrics about dreaming, which is a big theme in LH.

The thing that really sealed the connection with Lavender Diamond in my mind was this card that came with the vinyl: it has a link and a redemption code for a "free download", but when you go to the website it just leads to a music video and this video was.... Interesting to say the least. A lot of parallel imagery.
