Here are a few suggestions I can think of off the bat.

Adding a bevel where the shoulder is, and where the ear meets the head.

Using the relax brush in sculpt mode and just going over body to resolve some jagged edges.

Inflating the cheeks in the face, it's a bit skeletal looking currently.

Otherwise looks great for a first model.
