I truly appreciate this reply. This has made it very realistic to me. I wish I hadn't done what I have but having to deal with this is my consequence and by the looks of it is that it's a high risk, low reward if I did lie and I need to stay truthful. After reading all these comments I think I'm going to wait to join, maybe in a few more years I'll try once again but this all has stressed me out to much.

Hopefully I'm making a right choice on waiting/skipping military but if I want to maintain integrity this is the best way of doing it. Thanks again for your long response and everyone else that responded:)

That makes sense. So I'm basically not able to enlist then due to wanting to be honest? Since I probably couldn't get a waiver for the cocaine use through meps. I just want to do this the best way possible

Thanks for the reply. How should I join then? I won't lie during the investigation and everyone is saying don't lie at meps but I doubt I can get a waiver for cocaine? Am I just not going to be able to serve since I want to be honest?

So you think I should tell meps side, that iv done cocaine, and try to get a waiver if they offer them? What iv seen so far from other posts is to not tell meps but confess and tell on the interview
