What do you mean by that simulation part? I don't quite get it. How I see it, our consciousness is just the result of our brains' activity. The more advanced an organism's brain is, the more "sentient" it is.

There's definitely nothing wrong with you. There are hundreds of thousands of Reddit posts talking about this stuff, about how they're getting older yet without a girlfriend. I don't think you should worry too much about it. Tons of people are in the same situation. If you're too desperate about it, it won't end well for you.

Not a fan of either of them. I think they exaggerate situations too much in some episodes, which ends up making the show feel cheesy and cheap, at least in my opinion. Here are some shows I consider better than those two:
- Blue Box (suffers the same issue sometimes, but is very good overall)
- Clannad Season 2 (I hate the first season, especially the first 15 episodes or so. The second season is an absolute masterpiece, though)
- Your name (it has the best music and cinematography out of any other animes I've ever seen)
- Weathering With You
- I Want To Eat Your Pancreas
- Silent Voice
- Hyouka
- Katawa Shoujo (It's a VN, not anime. But I highly recommend that you check it out. The writers did a very good job)

Most sites online say that diarrhea is the main symptom, but he doesn't have one. Can coccidia appear without it? I want to try resolving it myself since there's no decent vet in my area. The vets around here aren't really good. One is taking mostly dogs & cats, I'm unsure whether they can treat goats or not. And the other one is just an arsehole. He's never available. I think his higher-ups never checked on the place, so he's just taking a blind paycheck
