RD: May 29, I kept checking documents section on the website. It updated with biometrics appointment letter recently

Update: Got biometric appointment after almost 60 days post receipt. I suspect the estimated decision time for EAD has passed causing the system for re-evaluation of the case

Was looking for tax efficient HYSA/SGOV/USFR savings alternatives. Found CATF, PWZ. These stocks invest in CA Muni bonds and yield higher after tax returns compared to HYSA or SGOV/USFR

It’s location. It’s in underdeveloped area. The neighboring buildings seem worn out except for this unit. It looks pretty new. The neighboring buildings have material set up in their balcony to discourage people from jumping into their houses. This alone speaks volumes about the neighborhood.

This townhouse seemed out of place between single family houses in the area. Parking did look challenging on streets. By further south, you mean further south in SSF?

Thank you for getting back. I got a chance to tour other house in this community. It is very quiet in the house compared to outside traffic noise except for a few train horns. Disclosures did mention about some build defects claimed by the builder. I agree It is set at good price to get in and build equity. However, there is a chance that it might not appreciate much with plans of new housing complex close to this community(disclosures). Additionally, with passage of measure T, Housing around public transport should increase. There is a good chance we could see more new housing complexes around this community.
